Determining a job definition location using a command
When a job terminates, the MainView Batch Optimizer writes the job policy definition that is associated with the job.
You can specify where the job policy definition is written.
To specify there a job policy definition is written
Enter the following command:
mbos BSL POLICY DISPLAY option

mbos- The subsystem ID of the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem that is active on the MVS image

option - One of the following values:
Value | Description |
---|---|
SYSMSG | The job policy definition is written to the job message queue. |
JOBLOG | The job policy definition is written to the joblog. |
BOTH | The job policy definition is written to both the joblog and the job message queue. |
NONE | The job policy definition is not written. |
STATUS | The current setting of this command is displayed. |
