Assigning licenses to staff members and clients


When the users are created, you must assign a license to them for BMC Remedyforce.

Note

You cannot assign licenses to staff members and client users in a sandbox organization.

To assign a license to staff members and clients

  1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
  2. On the Home page, click the Manage Users tile, and from the menu select Manage Remedyforce Licenses.
  3. In the Action column next to the BMC Remedyforce package, click Manage Licenses.
  4. Click Add Users.
  5. Select the credentials of the user that were sent in the email message.
  6. Click Add.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
