20.23.01 profile-level permissions

For information about configuring profile-level permission and the conditions in which you must manually configure these permissions, see  Configuring profile-level permissions after self-upgrade or automatic upgrade.

Permissions for new objects and fields

Service Outage

A Remedyforce administrator must create a tab for the Service Outage object if it does not already exist. To create a custom tab, see Salesforce help  Open link

While creating the tab, a Remedyforce administrator must set the tab visibility to Default Off for all profiles.
