Important

Before working with lightning web components, make sure that you refer to the following Salesforce resources:

  • Set Up and Manage Experience Cloud Sites Open link
  • Get Up to Speed with Experience Builder Sites Open link
  • Lightning App Builder Open link

Remedyforce lightning components allow a seamless user experience to clients as they interact with Remedyforce from Experience Cloud Sites or from Lightning apps. 

  • Staff users can view tickets and requests in Remedyforce Console that are submitted through the lightning components.  
  • Clients can view the tickets and the requests on the View My Activity page in Self Service. 

Remedyforce administrators must configure lightning components to enable users to directly submit tickets, raise requests, or view self help articles without logging into any other URL. For more information, see Configuring Lightning Components.
