Troubleshooting issues related to approval process


The following table lists the issues related to approval process:

Though I granted record access to approvers, they are receiving an error message while granting approval through an email or through Self Service.

  • Access the submitted record after a minute.
  • Check if the Remedyforce Utility Service batch job is running.
  • Record access is granted through a batch job only for incidents, service requests, and tasks.
    To access other record types, contact your administrator.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
