Reopening releases
You might need to reopen a release instead of creating a new one if a similar release has to be implemented.
To reopen a release
- Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
- From the View menu, select Releases.
- From the list of releases, select the record that you want to reopen.
- From the Actions menu, select Reopen.
