Verifying the self-upgrade or automatic upgrade of your organization

After you have self-upgraded to the latest version of BMC Helix Remedyforce or BMC has automatically upgraded your organization, an entry is automatically added to the Installed Packages table.

1. Navigate to the required path: 

   • For Salesforce Classic, go to Setup > Build > Installed Packages.
   • For Salesforce Lightning, go to Setup > Apps > Packaging > Installed Packages.
2. In the Installed Packages table, in the Version Number column, check the version number of BMC Helix Remedyforce.
   For example, the following figure shows the version number of the installed BMC Helix Remedyforce package on a Salesforce organization.
