The following error is displayed when users from BMC Helix Remedyforce are imported to Innovation Suite (https setup) through Pentaho package.

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target 

This issue is related to your Java and SSL setup. Contact your administrator and ensure that SSL certificates are properly installed.
