Managing roles

You can build hierarchy in your organization by using roles.

To add a role

  1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
  2. On the Home page, click the Manage Users tile, and from the menu select Roles.

    Document restructuring is in pipeline and Managing roles is a feature supported by Salesforce. At the time of restructuring, we intend to manage such features.
