Deleting a knowledge article
Knowledge articles that have Status field value as Published or were checked out for editing cannot be deleted. To delete a knowledge article that is checked out for editing, you must check in and delete the draft version.
To delete a knowledge article
- Click the Knowledge Articles tab on the Home page.
- In the Article ID column, click the ID of the knowledge article that you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
- To confirm deleting the knowledge article, click OK.
- (Optional) To cancel deletion of the knowledge article, click Cancel.
