Configuring Service Health settings

  1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
  2. On the Home page, click the Application Settings tile. From the menu select Service Health Settings and then select the options as required.

  3. In the In Self Service, display Service Outage history field, specify the number of days for which the service outage history is shown in Self Service. 
  4. To enable clients to receive email notifications whenever there is an update on a service outage, select the Enable users to subscribe for email notifications on Service Outage updates check box.

    In the email notification, the From address is always noreply@salesforce.com on behalf of the user who subscribed for notification. The Service Health Update email template is used to send email notifications to clients. For customizing an email template, see Customizing an email template.

  5. Click Save .
