Accessing the Remedyforce Dashboard tab
The Remedyforce Dashboard tab displays QuickViews that provide information from the BMC Remedyforce database.
- Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
- On the Home page, click the Create Dashboards and Reports tile, and from the menu select Dashboards (Remedyforce).
Note
- Staff members can click the Remedyforce Dashboard tab to access the QuickViews.
- If you do not have the ServiceDesk Staff permission, clicking the Remedyforce Administration tab redirects you to the Self Service 2.0 Home page.
