Completed Date field not getting populated once job completes

In BMC Remedy ITSM version 7.6.04, the Completed Date field is not getting populated once the job is completed. This issue applies to both the continuous compliance for servers and continuous compliance for networks solutions.

Complete the following steps for the Completed Date field to be properly populated.

  1. Login to BMC Atrium Orchestrator Dev Studio with Admin permissions.
  2. Open AR System Navigator.
  3. Under All objects, double-click Filter.
  4. Open the CHG:CRQ:SaveCompletedDate_728 filter.
  5. Change the Execution order from 728 to 901.
  6. Save the filter.
