BMC Remedy artifacts

The following sections describe the BMC Remedy artifacts that are installed by the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Content installer.

The following table lists each AR Server and BMC Remedy ITSM artifact by file name and type.

Copies of these files are located in the AO_HOME/resources/ContinuousComplianceServers folder on the CDP on which you ran the content installer. The installer imports the data contained in the files into the BMC Remedy ITSM database.

 CCS_HPD_ASSOC_BladeLogic Compliance Template Incident.arx 

 template 

This incident template is used by the:

  • Closed Loop Server Audit module for remediating audit discrepancies
  • Closed Loop Server Compliance module for remediating compliance violations The template has the following specific configurations:
  • Categorization tab
    • Product Categorization Selection --Service for Tier 1 and Infrastructure for Tier 2.
    • Operational Categorization Selection--Failure for Tier 1.
  • Assignment tab--Authored for Groups

 Contains the association data for the Closed Loop Server Audit change and task templates.
