Comment activity

The Comment activity allows you to place additional text information on the process canvas in "sticky notes." Comments can be used to clarify the function of the activities in a process to make it easier for another user to follow the logic of the workflow.

To add a Comment activity

1. Drag the Comment activity from the  Development Studio Activity Palette to the process canvas.

2. Double-click the Comment activity to open the Edit Comment window.

3. Enter or update the text in the Edit box; then click OK to save.

To resize a Comment activity

1. Click once on the Comment activity to display the drag handles.
2. Click and drag the green handles to resize the comment box.
