Verifying BMC Atrium Single Sign-On installation

To verify the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On installation, you can open the catalina log and review the file to determine whether it contains errors. The catalina file records information when the server starts and while it runs. If no errors are displayed in the file, then BMC Atrium Single Sign-On was installed successfully.

To verify the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On installation

1. Go to the C:\DOCUME~1_userName_\LOCALS~1\Temp directory and open the atriumsso_install_log log file in a text editor.
2. Scroll to the end of the file and verify whether the following message is displayed: BMC Atrium Single Sign-On <vv.rr.00> install succeeded.
   If the message does not appear, BMC Atrium Single Sign-On was not installed successfully, and an error message is displayed in the file.
