Operations Actions Management modules

BMC Atrium Orchestrator Modules are predefined workflows and processes. Modules provide the basic, reusable processes that can be used as building blocks for larger workflow processes.

The following table summarizes the modules, each of which contain workflows designed to interface with an IT management system.

AutoPilot-OA-Change_Management

The Change Management module enables you to control the lifecycle of all changes with minimum disruption to IT services. See Change Management module for details about this module.


AutoPilot-OA-Configuration_Management

The Configuration Management module enables you to maintain and manage information about configuration items required to deliver IT services, including their relationships. This information is managed throughout the lifecycle of the configuration item. See Configuration Management module for details about this module.


AutoPilot-OA-Credentials_Store

The Credentials Store module enables you to extract and store database, host, and patrol connection details. See Credentials Store module for details about this module.

DNS Integration The DNS Integration module contains workflows that enable you to perform basic operations while handling DNS servers. These workflows speed up the development of solutions while providing recommended implementations for performing some basic operations for the DNS servers. See DNS Integration module.


AutoPilot-OA-Event_Management

The Event Management module enables you to manage planned events without disruption to IT services. See Event Management module for details about this module.


AutoPilot-OA-Incident_Management

The Incident Management module enables you to manage the lifecycle of unplanned interruptions to IT Services or reductions in the quality of IT services. See Incident Management module for details about this module.

Operations Actions Management modules install fully configured workflows to work in both BMC Remedy ITSM and HP ServiceCenter environments. Additional module configuration is not required.
