Change Management module

The Change Management module contains workflows typically performed when working with change requests. Change Management module workflows include predefined mappings to the following change management systems:

• BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM)
• HP ServiceCenter
• BMC Remedyforce
• Service Now

With the module and the corresponding application adapter, BMC Atrium Orchestrator offers comprehensive out-of-the-box automation of change management operations, such as create change, update change, and retrieve change. The Change Management module also provides significant flexibility, enabling you to modify workflows, adjust data mappings to external systems, create mappings to your own custom systems, or extend existing workflows to perform additional automated tasks.
