Incident Management module workflows

You access the Incident Management module operations using the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio Project Navigator. The Incident Management module contains the following folder structure, used to alphabetically organize workflows:

• Root-level workflows
• Custom
• Searches
• Setup Validation
• Utilities

All workflows in the Incident Management module require that the Set Incident Version Flag workflow has been run and that the incident flag global variable is available for reference. When you activate the Incident Management module on the grid, an out-of-the-box schedule automatically runs the workflow and creates the variable. However, during workflow development in BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio, you must run this workflow explicitly before you can run any of the other workflows in this module.
