Change Management module workflows

You access the Change Management module workflows using the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio Project Navigator. The Change Management module contains the following folder structure, used to alphabetically organize workflows:

• Root-level workflows
• Custom
• Searches
• Setup Validation
• Utilities

All workflows in the Change Management module require that the Set Change Version Flag workflow, described on Set Change Version Flag workflow description and output, has been run and that the change flag global variable is available for reference. When you activate the Change Management module on the grid, an out-of-the-box schedule automatically runs the workflow and creates the variable.
